Who is Relatia for?
Professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, founders and emerging leaders who want to build stronger relationships and apply them thoughtfully to career and business growth.
How is the learning different?
Relatia’s learning design is question-first and scenario-driven. Short lessons combine decisions, immediate feedback, reflection and practical exercises. Difficulty increases as understanding grows, with emphasis on application and mastery.
Where should I start?
Start with Relationship Capital. Its principles of trust, credibility and reciprocity underpin both the career and business pathways. You can experience the approach through the sample lesson on this page.
Can I start learning now?
Yes. All eight RC101 modules, activities and assessments are free. Create a free account, enrol in RC101 and begin your first lesson. Your dashboard helps you return to your recorded progress.
What should I know about certificates and paid access?
RC101 is completely free. Paid learning is purchased by school; check included courses, price and access duration before you pay. Course Certificates of Achievement require completed core lessons and at least 80% in the separate final assessment. Completing RC101 alone does not earn a Foundation — School of Relationships Capital certificate.
