About these terms
Relatia — Relationship Capital Academy provides online learning across one foundation and five schools. The legal operator and contact details are identified above. These terms do not announce that live sales have started.
Free foundation and school access
RC101 — Introduction to Relationship Capital is the Free Foundation Course. Its description is public; free registration is required to study and save progress. All RC101 lessons, activities and assessments remain free. Completing RC101 alone does not earn a Foundation — School of Relationships Capital certificate.
Paid access is sold by school, not by individual course or module. The checkout must identify the exact included courses, prerequisites, price in the selected currency (NGN, USD or GBP), access duration and any discount before payment. Unconfigured offers are unavailable. Currency prices are set independently; no automatic exchange-rate conversion is promised. A displayed fee is not an enabled payment method: checkout requires a compatible activated merchant provider. Your bank may apply conversion or card charges; these are not Academy-set exchange rates. Later catalogue additions are not automatically included. Certificate requirements are recorded at school enrolment.
Accounts and appropriate use
Use accurate account details, protect your sign-in and do not share purchased access. Confirm your full certificate name before issuance. Do not impersonate others, compromise the service or upload material you lack permission to share. See the acceptable use and learning policies.
Eligibility and any minimum learner age: No age-verification process is represented as operating.
Payments and access
New school payments are completed on Selfany using one shared product link per school. Learners select their available currency on Selfany and should use their Relatia account email. Payment details are handled by Selfany and its payment processors; Relatia does not collect or store card numbers. Access follows an administrator check of Selfany transaction records until an authenticated automated confirmation integration is verified and tested. Clicking a link, returning or uploading a screenshot does not grant access. Historical Selar and Paystack purchases retain their existing verification processes. Pending, failed or cancelled payments do not grant access. Contact support with a payment reference if charged without access; never send card details or passwords. Selfany supplies the payment receipt for new purchases. Relatia records payment reports, verification decisions and school access confirmation.
Access runs for the duration displayed at purchase; no recurring subscription or automatic renewal is offered by the current platform. A refund can remove the access associated with that purchase. Other valid entitlements remain subject to their own terms.
Tax treatment and whether displayed prices include applicable charges: Disclose the final amount before accepting payment.
Learning and certificates
Assessment rules, pass marks and review requirements apply as displayed. Certificates acknowledge completion of the configured school requirements. They are not a claim of accreditation, academic credits, professional licensing, employment or guaranteed business outcomes. No workshop, coaching or team delivery is included unless expressly agreed.
Content and availability
Learners may use course materials for their own learning during their entitlement. Do not republish, resell or distribute protected materials or answer keys without permission. Learners retain rights in their own submissions and permit their storage and review to deliver the learning service; no unrelated promotional use is authorised by submission.
We aim to provide the service as described. Report access faults and accessibility barriers. Material changes, interruptions or withdrawal of a purchased service require appropriate notice and a fair remedy consistent with applicable rights. Do not remove earned certificates merely because the catalogue grows.
Changes, disputes and rights
Publish approved revisions with an effective date. Keep the purchase policy snapshot associated with an order; do not silently apply new commercial terms retrospectively. Refunds and complaints follow the linked policies. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Service Address
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Relatia – Relationship Capital Academy is operated by the African Youth Technology Development Foundation (AFRYDEF).
In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Academy, course enrolment, payments, refunds or related services, users are encouraged to first contact AFRYDEF at afrydef@gmail.com to seek an amicable resolution.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties may pursue appropriate legal remedies before the courts of competent jurisdiction in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
Users retain the right to submit complaints to relevant Nigerian regulatory authorities, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), where applicable.
Relatia may revise its policies and Terms and Conditions from time to time. Approved revisions will be published with an effective date. The purchase policy and commercial terms applicable at the time of an order will remain associated with that order. New commercial terms will not be applied retrospectively without a lawful basis.
Refund requests and complaints will be handled in accordance with the applicable published policies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law.
